Goods are made to order in the UK. We’ll confirm lead time and the delivery schedule when you place your order. Standard service is kerbside/pallet; other options can be discussed.
Frames/headboards carry a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty (mattresses typically 1 year). Please inspect on delivery and report any damage/shortage within 48 hours. Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect items via RMA.
