Refund policy

Who this applies to
This policy applies to approved business customers (retailers, designers, contract buyers). We do not sell to the public.
What we accept
Products are made to order. Returns are handled only where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
On delivery
Please inspect goods when they arrive. If something is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can verify and resolve it. Where possible, keep all packaging until we advise next steps.
How to request a return
Email sales@sonador.co.uk with your order number, a brief description and photos. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back; unauthorised returns will be refused.
After we review
If a return is approved, we’ll confirm next steps (including collection arrangements) and keep you updated through to resolution. Once inspected, we’ll agree the appropriate remedy: repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty
Warranty cover is stated on each product page or in your agreement. Unless otherwise specified:
- Bed frames & headboards: 5-year manufacturer’s warranty (manufacturing defects)
- Mattresses: typically 1 year
Excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorised repairs, or use beyond intended purpose.
