Who can buy from Soñador?
Business customers (retailers, e-commerce sellers, contract buyers). We don’t sell to the public.
Why can’t I see prices?
Prices are visible once your account is approved and you’re logged in.
How do I request access?
Apply via our account form; we’ll confirm next steps by email.
Products & configuration
Can I configure products?
Yes—fabrics, sizes (single to super-king and bespoke), base options (drawers/divans), headboard styles and button details. Branding options such as custom care labels and packaging are available.
Are items made to order?
Yes. Most products are made to order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
We’ll try to help before production starts. After production begins, cancellation may incur an admin/production charge.
Delivery
How do you handle delivery?
We’ll confirm delivery method and timing with your order/quotation. If you need to update the delivery details, contact us before dispatch.
Can I collect?
Collections can be arranged from our Wakefield site by prior agreement.
Damages, returns & RMAs
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect on delivery and contact us promptly with photos. Once verified, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or credit.
Do you accept returns?
Because products are made to order, returns are handled for faulty or incorrect items only. Email sales@sonador.co.uk for an RMA before returning anything; unauthorised returns will be refused.

What warranty do you offer?
Warranty details are shown on product pages or in your agreement. We also provide practical after-sales support—contact us with your order number.
