Shipping and Delivery

We manufacture in the UK and arrange delivery once your order is accepted. The delivery method, charges and target timing are confirmed on your order confirmation/quotation.
Scheduling
We’ll confirm the estimated lead time and then agree delivery details with you. If anything changes, we’ll update you as soon as possible.
Multi-item orders
Some orders may arrive in more than one consignment. We’ll let you know if a split shipment applies.
Delivery charges
Delivery is quoted with your order (shown on your quotation or order confirmation).
Service level
The delivery service used for your order is stated on your quotation/confirmation. If you require a different service, tell us when ordering and we’ll advise availability and costs.
Delivery day guidance
Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the agreed time and that the site is accessible. If your site details change, let us know before the scheduled date.
Damages & shortages
Please inspect goods on delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and product so we can verify and resolve (repair, replacement or credit).
Returns & RMAs
As goods are made to order, returns are handled for faulty or incorrect items only. Please email sales@sonador.co.uk for an RMA before returning anything. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
Collections (by arrangement)
Collections can be arranged from our site with prior notice.
