We strive to deliver our products to retailers within 7 days. However, please note that each retailer may have a different delivery time frame for the end customer. We recommend contacting the retailer you purchased the product from for more information. Thank you for choosing our products.
RETURNS
The Small Print
At Sonador, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing error, we'll be happy to accept a return within 7 days of delivery. However, please note that we don't accept returns for mistakes made by the customer when placing the order, such as wrong or measurements, as everything is made to order. Thank you for your understanding.
WARRANTY AT SOÑADOR
Our Policy
At Sonador, we understand the importance of peace of mind for our customers. That's why we offer a 5-year warranty on all manufacturing faults. If you need to make a claim, simply take pictures of your product and provide them to the retailer you purchased from. They will assess the claim and forward it to our team, who will work with you and the retailer to come to an agreed outcome.
